• The minimum withdrawal request is 100 E-Cash. All members are allowed to withdraw anytime, the Company will process on each    Wednesday (it may delay to the next working day if the day fall on Public Holiday) for all withdrawal requests done from last Sunday to   Saturday.

• All members are allowed to upgrade one status in their original Member Status, for example, the Silver status can be upgrade to Gold   status only.

• Payment amount received by the Company is based on the actual amount received, any additional expenses will be borne by the   payer.
